A newly built complex of B class office premises, which includes two mutually connected office premises. In the late 19th century this place was the steel foundry of Riga. Since 2016 the buildings are transformed into new and modern office premises. Premises are equipped with modern telecommunications, air conditioning and ventilation systems. The building has an autonomous heating system and emergency diesel electric generator. Bridges are built in the building for the convenience of personnel and customers. A cafeteria, conference hall and several other services are available in the area of the business centre.
